Dr Rory Shand

 

Rory’s expertise is on the design and delivery of multi-agency partnerships and networks. He was the South West representative for the pilot Neighbourhood Communities Budget (NCB) working collaboratively with the Department for Communities and Local Government (DCLG). He has also worked at the local level on projects of economic development, regeneration, and with the third sector and creative arts projects. In 2015 Rory was the governance lead for Plymouth University’s Institute for Sustainability Solutions Research (ISSR) in partnership with Plymouth City Council. He has also worked with various think tanks. He has published several pieces of work on networks and partnerships in regeneration.
